Officials Membership and Registration

ALL ATHLETE REGISTRATIONS ARE PROCESSED DIRECTLY WITH USA SWIMMING VIA SWIMS 3.0 or THRU TEAM BULK RENEWAL.  CHECK THE MEMBERSHIP PAGE FOR DETAILS.

Officials with questions regarding membership and registration should contact their club's CSI Registrar. Officials with question regarding official certifications should contact Officials Co-Chairs, Dylan Lee and Margy Sargent.

The registration fee is posted on the Membership PagePlease note that USA Swimming has discontinued the non-athlete family membership.  Officials that wish to compete in USA Swimming meets must register an athlete as well.  

Background Check - processed thru SWIMS 3.0

Athlete Protection Training - processed thru SWIMS 3.0

Concussion Protocol Training - processed thru SWIMS 3.0.

  • Courses from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) or the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS), as well as individual states’ required courses will satisfy the USA Swimming requirement. Therefore, if you are a high school coach, you may have already completed the NFHS training.
