Connecticut Swimming's (CSI) website ctswim.org is its primary means of communication with its membership. This website serves to communicate information pertinent to CSI, Eastern Zone Swimming, USA Swimming, and generally the sport of swimming. The website page What's New, lists notices, reminders, deadlines, and update to the website's individual pages.

Emails are sent using Connecticut FAST mailing utility to current members. Emails can be sent by registration "position" which are coach, official, and other. Any emails sent are also posted on the website page "What's New."

Facebook and Instagram pages are utilized for communications where parents and athletes are the targeted audience.

Membership feedback is solicited through a Membership Feedback submittal and through Meet Evaluations. These forms are posted to ctswim.org front page and appropriate inside pages.
