Update to the OAK/LEHY Pentathlon on Jan. 10: Session times have been changed. AM Session 13/14 and 10&Under: Warm Up 7:00AM, Start 8:20AM; PM Session 15&O and 11/12: Warm Up 1:15PM, Start 2:15PM
Update to ZEUS Pat Spinola Invitational On Jan. 9 and 10: Saturday and Sunday sessions will be combined into one morning session. Warm up for all age groups is now 7:00am with an 8:15am start. There will be a 25 minute break after the end of the Sunday session for those swimmers in the 1650. There are no changes to the 8/under meet on Saturday.
