Please contact the instructors to reserve a spot in the clinics.

These clinics are for new and advancing officials and will also serve as part of 2022 re-certification requirements. Officials should review their OTS account to see if a clinic is required to re-certify.

All Connecticut Swimming officials must be members of USA/Connecticut Swimming. All registrations are now processed thru SWIMS 3.0.  Get a registration link rom your respective Team.  First you create a login if you don't have one (you would know if you have one) and then you can register.  Join after Sept. 1 and your registration will be good through December 31. Membership is $80. You need not join before the clinic, but it will speed your certification if you do. You also will need to pass a Level 2 background check and complete an online "Safe Sport" Training Course (free), again this is done thru SWIMS 3.0, to be members of USA/Connecticut Swimming. Officials are encouraged to contact their clubs about reimbursement for USA/Connecticut Swimming membership and other fees. Generally, Stroke & Turn officials clinics last 2 1/2 hours. For credit, please plan to attend the clinic in its entirety.
