I am writing to let you know about our next Senior Swimming Network Zoom Call. We hear all the time about the mental side of this sport and how athletes get into their own head when it comes to big competitions. Join us with a conversation with the USA Swimming Managing Director of Psychological Services, Emily Klueh, on some strategies for athletes around preparing for high level competitions. This is applicable to any big meet situation you find your athlete in. Emily works closely with our National Team and has done some great work with those athletes.
