This committee will prepare a slate of candidates for election by the House of Delegates on May 16, 2017. Elections will be held for the Age Group Committee Chair, Program Operations Vice-Chair, Treasurer, Technical Planning Committee Chair, Safety/Safe Sport Coordinator, Officials Committee Chair, Registration/Membership Coordinator, and Coach-At-Large. All meetings are held by teleconference.

Warm-up and start times for the ZEUS Spinola AGQ on January 14-16 have been updated: All morning sessions will warm-up at 7 am and start at 8:15 am; Afternoon sessions on Saturday and Sunday will warm-up at 1 pm and start at 2:15 pm. Monday afternoon's session times are unchanged.
