The Connecticut Swimming (CSI) Board of Directors, is pleased to announce the purchase of a 2021-2024 motivational bag tag for each swimmer aged 18 and younger. Every 4 years following an Olympic year, USA Swimming updates its National Motivational Time Standards for age group swimmers. The purpose of these time standards is to encourage swimmers to set goals and progress through the B, BB, A, AA, AAA, and AAAA categories. The times standards are in SCY and LCM for 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, and 17-18 age groups. The tags will have the age group with SCY time standards on one side and LCM times on the flip side. The bag tags will be purchased by CSI through Bag Tags, Inc, the official supplier of CSI and USA Swimming bag tags and will be shipped to USA Swimming club coaches in the next 2-3 weeks.
