Regional Championship LCM minimum time standards are posted. 10/U, 11/12, 13/14 maximum time standards are .01 slower than the 2016 LC Age Group Championship time standards. 15/18 maximum time standards are .01 slower than the 2016 July LC Senior Championship time standards.
The CSI Club Recognition page is updated. Club Excellence for 2016 is posted. If not listed, clubs are encouraged to contact the office with their USA Swimming Club Recognition level.
