The Coach and Staff of the Year program is administrated by the Coach Representatives.
2026 Coach and Staff of the Year Nominations
Nominations for Senior Coach, Bill Krumm Age Group Coach of the Year and Staff.

Only coaches in good standing with CT Swim are eligible to submit nominations and participate in the voting process. “Good standing” follows all established CT Swim membership and compliance requirements. - Number of Final Nominees
Each award category will feature up to three (3) primary nominees. If nomination totals show a close margin or tie within the range of 3–5 nominees, the slate may be expanded to no more than five (5) finalists to ensure fairness and proper recognition. - Nomination Descriptions
All nominations must include a short-written description outlining why the coach is being nominated, including accomplishments, impact, or notable season contributions. These statements will be combined and formatted into a consistent profile for each finalist to assist voters in their decisions.

Coach and Staff of the Year Elections
Once all the nominations are in, a slate of coaches will be chosen for election. Election will take place September 18- October 5th at 11:59p via FAST on-line ballot. Coaches may cast one (1) online ballot for ALL awards. You will need to log into your FAST My Account.
