Seeking nominations for Junior Athlete Representative: Message from Senior Athlete Rep Katie Cunningham: As the terms for senior athlete representatives Katie Cunningham, Brooke Hendee, and Rica Generoso come to a close, we would like to invite all CT athletes (who meet the qualifications listed) to nominate themselves for a position on the Connecticut Swimming Board. We, the athlete representatives, highly encourage all that qualify to apply for the position. The position of the athlete representative is a great learning experience as the athlete representative will be able to participate in all of the CT Swim Board meetings. The athlete representative will have the opportunity to not only voice their opinion at the CT Board meetings, but they will be able to experience the inner workings of the sport and how much hard work is put into the sport for the swimmers. This year, the board will select three Junior Athlete Representatives to serve a two-year term on the board.
