Team Sports on Pause has been lifted by the State of Connecticut effective January 19, 2021. The updated Reopening Rules for sports and fitness facilities have been posted, and the Team Sports on Pause webpage has been replaced with this webpage summarizing the changes. Therefore, Connecticut Swimming will once again be accepting applications for Return to Competition meets. Full information and instructions for application can be found on the Meet Management page of ctswim.org. However, a few points bear emphasis:
- All meets must fully comply with all local, state and national health requirements;
- All meets are subject to cancellation should pandemic circumstances so require;
- Completed applications MUST be received a full three weeks prior to the first date of competition, in order to provide time for reasoned and thorough administrative review.
