Athlete Protection Training: Most of the non-athletes registered with CT Swimming have Athlete Protection Training expiration dates of December 31, 2015. USA Swimming has just instituted a quicker (40 minutes) APT training regimen for those renewing this training. When you sign in to train, you will automatically be put into the quicker training regimen if you are renewing your APT. Please complete this training prior to renewing your membership for 2016. You will not be sent a paper card for 2016 unless your APT expiration date extends into, or beyond, 2016. As always, you can get a virtual card on DeckPass until such time as you receive your paper 2016 card.
Annual Award Banquet will be held Sunday November 1. Eligible athletes wishing to receive a recognition must place a reservation by Friday, October 2, 2015. Eligible athletes wishing to attend the banquet only (no recognition award) must place a reservation by Thursday, October 8, 2015. Eligible athletes wishing to order an award jacket must place an order by Monday, October 12, 2015.
