Flex membership reminder: Athletes registered as "Flex" are not permitted to swim in LSC Championship meets, per USA Swimming. Additionally, these athletes may compete in no more than 2 meets non-championship meets. Clubs must upgrade a Flex athlete to a full membership before entering a CSI Championship meet or before entering a third meet. Clubs can check their Flex athlete meet count by logging into their FAST Admin page and running the Flex Swimmer Meet Check under Reports.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Adult athletes should be sure to take the Safe Sport Core Course (Athlete Protection Training Requirement for Adult Athletes), which looks like this:
USA Swimming has multiple Athlete Protection Training courses but only the SafeSport Trained Core Course counts for the 18/O Athlete.
There may be availability in the Wilton meet scheduled for June 4-6; email an entry to Joann McCaffrey as soon as possible.
