New board-approved fines and penalties will be imposed upon meet hosts for cancelling a meet without approval from Program Operations, effective September 1, 2019. The Sanction Fee Policy has been updated to reflect these changes. Meet hosts are strongly encouraged to read the updated policy before submitting a sanction fee deposit.
The Bid Procedures page has been updated to reflect the Sanction Fee Policy effective September 1, 2019. Today June 25 is the deadline to submit a bid for a regularly-scheduled sanction or approved meet and to submit a bid for a Regional Championship meet.
