Eastern Zone (EZ) Age Group Championship updates are posted on the Zone Team page. The meet's time qualification file is posted to FAST. Queries can be run by swimmer or by club.

Results have been loaded for the following meets:
- NCA Quadrathon and Pentathlon on January 4;
- NCY Winter Invitational Distance meet on January 24th;
- NCY Winter Invitational on January 25-26;
- Revised results for HMST Quadrathon on January 19th.
The 2020 LC Bid Declarations deadline is Thursday, January 30, 2020, for all regularly-scheduled meets and Regional Championships.
