- List of Regional Declarations sent to bidders: Tuesday, February 6, 2018
- Regional Championships Bid Withdrawal by: Thursday, February 8, 2018
- Regional Championship Bid Award date: Monday, February 12, 2018
- Regularly-Scheduled Meet Bids Close: Wednesday, February 14, 2018
- Meet Acceptance Form Deadline: Monday, February 26, 2018
- Meet Announcement Deadline for all meets including Regionals: Monday, February 26, 2018
Meet Updates:
- Sessions have been combined into one morning session for the COAC Pentathlon on February 3.
- Relays have been added to the Bulldog and RAC Swimming Invitational on February 4.
The Athlete Representative nominations information has been updated to include club limitations with regard to serving on the Board of Directors.
The deadline for the Elite High Altitude Training Camp Coach Application has changed to February 7 in order to meet the Olympic Training Center roster deadline. The coaches/staff will be announced no later than February 9. The application is posted to every coach's FAST My Account. Instructions for opening a My Account.
