House of Delegates POSTPONED: It was decided at the Board of Director's Governance Workshop to postpone the upcoming House of Delegates meeting. There will be NO meeting Tuesday, September 24. The proposed rescheduled date is Tuesday, October 29, 7:30pm at High Plains Community Center, Orange, CT. USA Swimming bylaw revisions for CT and all LSCs are extensive and the Board of Directors decided to devote more time to the revisions before presenting them the House of Delegates for approval.
