1. In your team software, change the year to 2008, registration fees to $55 for full-year athletes (USA Swimming is $44, CSI is $11, total is $55) and $29.50 (USA Swimming is $24 and CSI is $5.50) Also, change the address to your club's registrar (not Judy Snow).    In Hytek go to Setup/Preferences/Registration.
2. Distribute blank applications to new athletes and request a copy of a birth certificate or other legal document to verify name and date of birth.
3. For renewing members, print completed applications from your swim software and hand out to parent/athletes for updates and corrections.
4. Enter new swimmers into your team database.
5. Enter renewing swimmer updates/corrections into your team database.
6. IMPORTANT! You must specify citizenship. If citizenship is left blank then the athlete will upload as a foreign athlete.
7. Specify "type" of registration: Full year or Season 1
8. Be sure phone numbers are formatted 555-555-5555 (dashes and no parentheses).
9. Export a *.sd3 registration file. Do not renumber Hytek batches.
10. Print a roster.
11. Include transfers and birth certificates with roster.
12. Complete the summary sheet
13. Pay online at https://shop.ctswim.org (preferred) using MasterCard or Visa. Debit cards without PIN numbers can be used.  with roster, birth certificates, transfers and *.sd3 file to Judy Snow .
14. Or, cut a check payable to CSI for registration batch and mail it with the *sd3 file, roster, birth certificates, transfers, summary sheet and check to Judy Snow.
