Old Lyme Country Club has an immediate opening for a Pool Director to plan and administer our outdoor pool program for the 2008 summer season.  The Pool Director reports to the Club Manager and is responsible for staffing, scheduling and management, swim instruction and pool maintenance.  This is a contracted seasonal position with a base salary commensurate with experience plus lesson and pro-shop sale income.  Life guard certification required and Water Safety Instructor preferred.   

OLCC has a well established active junior camp where participants enjoy golf, tennis, and swim lessons ranging from Aqua-Tots (ages 1- 3) to Bluefish (emphasizing advanced stroke techniques).  OLCC participates in the Connecticut Private Club Swim League and placed third in 2007.   

We are looking for a skilled leader to join our team of experienced staff.
