Job Description
Assistant Swim Coach
Description: To work with the Head Coach and other support staff in providing competitive swim coaching and associated related clerical duties as assigned and associated with normal competitive age group and senior swimming competitive practice and meet sessions. Hours as assigned and detailed at interview. Primary focus will be with Senior level swimmers.
Qualifications: Individual candidates should have significant age group and competitive experience at the High School, Club or College level as well as teaching and coaching experience at similar levels. Candidates should have a valid CPR, Lifeguard Training, First Aid and/or Water Safety Instructor Certifications as well as a college degree to be considered. Candidates will be asked to register with USA Swimming, Inc. which requires an immediate background checks.
Salary: Very competitive and commiserate with experience. Part-Time hourly position, no benefits.
