The Fairfield YMCA swim team is now accepting resumes for the position of assistant coach. This person will report to the Head Coach and will work with all age groups. The candidate should possess all current certifications, background check and previous coaching experience. We are looking for a coach that is strong in coaching stroke technique and writes workouts for training groups. We are looking for a coach that can work 3-5 days a week.
