WHAT Swimming is looking to hire a part-time Senior coach. This coach will be on deck in the evenings and working primarily with our senior level swimmers. Availability on weeknights as well as weekend mornings is required. The Senior coach will work directly with the Head Coach. Pay will be determined based on experience. Duties Include: 1) Develop the skills and abilities of the swimmers through dynamic coaching at practices and meets. 2) Communicating with parents in a positive and professional manner. 3) Support the goals and philosophy of the Head Coach and WHAT Swimming 4) Attend assigned meets. Qualifications Include: 1) Coaching membership in good standing with USA swimming, current on all safety requirements (CPR, First Aid and Safety Training for Swim Coaches), or willing to become current. 2) Must successfully complete a background check. 3) Respectful and patient communication style with swimmers, parents, and staff. 4) Competitive swimming/coaching experience. 5) Positive and fun attitude
