The Ridgefield Aquatic Club is seeking a motivated coach to work
with our senior group and assist with our senior elite squad. The
candidate will need to have experience working with swimmers that
are 13 years of age and older at either the high school or club
levels. This job would also entail working with the Head Coach to
develop seasonal plans for the senior swimmers and attending monthly
staff meetings. The job would require between 6-12 hours of
coaching per week (scheduling is flexible) and attendance at 1-2
meets per month. RAC is offering between $15-20 per hour for the
right candidate. In addition to the hourly pay, RAC will reimburse
for travel expenses to and from meets, a meal allowance at meets,
