• Officials Information and Sign-Up
• DEADLINE The entry deadline is 9:00 PM on Monday July 19, 2010. This is the Monday before the meet begins, therefore, there will be no late qualifiers.
• Coach Deck Passes All coaches should bring their 2010 USA Swimming coach card to the meet.
• Thursday Evening Timers:  All participants in Thursday evening events must provide their own timer and lap counter.  All 800 relay teams must provide timer(s) as well. 
• Lawn Policy
• Psych Sheets   Corrections:  Club entry chairs have until 9 PM on Tuesday July 20 to notify Nan Cooper of any entry errors. No improvements in seedtime will be accepted; including improvements due to changes in course. Corrections will be accepted by email only.
• CSI Records: Please submit any updated individual or relay records by Tuesday July 20th.
• Work Assignments  
• Warm-Up Schedule  Only athletes entered in the meet may warm-up.  Sorry, we cannot accommodate any un-entered swimmers at any time during the warm-up/warm-down sessions.  Thank you for your cooperation.
• Letter from the Henk Jansen, Senior Committee Chair
• Coach of the Year: The Coaches Representatives for CT Swimming are now soliciting nominations for Age Group and Senior Coach of the Year.  Balloting will be conducted during the respective championship meets.  Please email Dan Mascolo and John Spadafina with your nominations. Nominations will close on the following dates: Senior Coach of the Year : Wednesday, July 21st; Age Group Coach of the Year: Wednesday, July 28th.

Absolutely no decorations may be attached to the walls with tape above the tiled areas at any time, as this damages the walls.

Officials wishing to work Senior Championships should contact Jeff Gray or apply on-line.  In order to receive "team work credit" please apply by July 16, 2010.  Thank you.
