SCRATCH SHEETS

Clubs are requested to provide all known scratches for Thursday Evening's 1500M freestyle ONLY to the CSI office by the 8:00pm Wednesday July 26th.  Send scratches by email to office@ctswim.org.  No telephone scratches. The purpose of this early scratch solicitation is to allow us to plan Thursday’s timeline for the benefit of the swimmers in the second session. 1500M swimmers will also be subject to positive check-in and will be penalized if they check in and subsequently fail to appear on the starting blocks.

Scratches for all sessions shall be due 15 minutes after warm-ups begin with the above exception.  Aside from the 1500 freestyle, if you have entries in Thursday Evening's sessions (12/U 400 freestyle and 800 free relays) and will NOT be attending Thursday, please email your scratches to Nan Cooper by noon Thursday July 28th.  No one will be in the office past noon to accept scratches.

Thursday Evening's 1500M free is a positive check-in event.  Swimmers must report to the computer table to check in and pick up a timing card to take to the blocks. Scratch sheets should be turned in for the 400M freestyle and 800M relays 15 minutes after the second Thursday evening warm-up.
