Coach Deck Passes
Parking: Parking at Wesleyan is available in the lot by the tennis courts on Vine Street. Illegally parked cars will be ticketed and towed! Buses may not park at the Freeman Athletic Center.
Thursday Evening Timers: All participants in Thursday evening events must provide their own timer and lap counter. All 800 relay teams must provide timer(s) as well.
High School Graduates: if you would like to be listed in the meet program email us your graduation plans by July 4th.

Note about Timeline: Due to a misdirected entry, an additional team was added and the timeline for the senior open has changed. Without scratches and without warm-downs factored in, we have about a 4 hour session on Thursday night and about a 5-6 hour sessions on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday we have a 5-6 hour meet before the womens 800 and mens 1500 begin. Please plan accordingly. If you are aware of any athletes that are scratching, please notify Nan Cooper via email. This would help us make timeline adjustments. With limitied long course meets for our athletes, we want every athlete to have an opportunity to swim; therefore no teams or swims have been cut. We know that with every club's help this meet will be a good one for all our athletes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Warm-Ups: Warm-ups will be conducted from 6:30 AM to approx. 8:30 AM. Only athletes entered in the meet may warm-up. Sorry, we cannot accommodate any unentered swimmers at any time during the warm-up/warm-down sessions. Thanks for your cooperation.

Officials wishing to work Senior Championships should contact Ed Doernberger or apply on-line. In order to receive "team work credit" please contact Ed by today Friday, July 2, 2004 at eld@sdvlaw.com or at 203-387-2119. Please state your club, sessions and level of certification. Thank you.

Absolutely no decorations may be attached to the walls with tape above the tiled areas at any time, as this damages the walls.

Coaches: Scratch sheets for Friday Morning's session are due Thursday evening. Scratch sheets will be posted on this page in PDF. If you will NOT be attending the Thursday evening session you must make arrangements with Nan Cooper office@ctswim.org to get your scratch sheets or you may print them off this page when posted. If you are not attending the Thursday night session, then Friday's scratch sheets are due by noon Thursday July 8th, in the office. Fax your scratch sheet to 860-657-1167 or email scratches to office@ctswim.org . There will be NOBODY in the office to check email or faxes after noon on the 8th.
