• Meet Announcement 
• Parking:  Parking at Wesleyan is available in the lot by the tennis courts.  Illegally parked cars will be ticketed and towed!
• Thursday Evening Timers:  All participants in Thursday evening events must provide their own timer and lap counter.  All 800 relay teams must provide timer(s) as well.  
• Psych Sheets
• Pool Configuration:  Thursday Evening, Friday Morning and Sunday Morning events will be run in two pools (6-lane).  All other sessions will be run in one pool (9-lane). 
• Work Assignments   03.11.02 A revision has been made to the Sunday AM work assignments affecting BEAR and NWYL. 
  Job Descriptions  
  Teams are reminded that workers are required to be present for the entire session. Please check the job reporting times list for the specific arrival and departure times. It is the responsibility of each team, not of the Meet Director, to find your workers. All workers should sign in at the office when arriving and leaving to ensure that your team is properly credited. Fines will be levied for no-shows, late arrivals and early departures. But we do not want your money! We need your people to be in place on time in order to run a quality championship for our swimmers. If jobs will be split, please make sure that the departing worker briefs the arriving worker on the requirements of the job. When timing assignments are split, both initial and replacement timers should attend the timers' meeting prior to the session. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

• Scratch Sheets: Scratch sheets for the Friday Morning preliminary session are due Thursday evening by 5:00PM.  Teams not attending Thursday evening may download their scratch sheet for Friday from this page and fax it to the CSI office (860-657-1167) by NOON THURSDAY.  Email will also be accepted. The office closes at 12:00 noon on Thursday. No scratches will be taken by phone.  Afternoon session scratches are due during the afternoon warm-up.  Please read Meet Announcement for details and scratch procedures  for other sessions.  If a team's scratch sheet is not turned in, none of the swimmers/events will be scratched.

CORRECTIONS:  Download printable (PDF)  PSYCH SHEETS .  Corrections will be accepted by the entry chair until Tuesday March 12, 9PM.  Corrections will only be taken by email or fax (860-657-1167).  This procedure shall not be used to improve seed time.
