  Important safety notice to all coaches and 12/U swimmers: one or more of the morning sessions may run later than scheduled. Please do not plan for 12/U swimmers to arrive early. Afternoon session swimmers may not enter the pool deck area prior to the completion of the morning session relays.  Swimmers may wait in the lobby, in the spectator area, or outside the building. Any swimmer who fails to cooperate with officials and safety marshals enforcing this rule may be denied the right to compete by the Meet Referee.

NOTICE - MODIFICATION TO THE MEET ANNOUNCEMENT: In the Friday Afternoon Session we will be including a 10-minute break at the conclusion of Event 40 Prelims (Boys 11/12 100M Butterfly). The pool will be open for warm up/warm down during this time, but we will ask that coaches assist in clearing the pool promptly at the end of the break.

• Parking:  Parking at Wesleyan is available in the lot by the tennis courts.  Illegally parked cars will be ticketed and towed!
• Thursday Evening Timers:  All participants in Thursday evening events must provide their own timer and lap counter.  All 800 relay teams must provide timer(s) as well.  
• Psych Sheets Please note:  The order of events for Saturday morning is incorrect as viewed.  The 400 IMs will start the morning session.

  • Job Descriptions  
    Teams are reminded that workers are required to be present for the entire session. Please check the job reporting times list for the specific arrival and departure times. It is the responsibility of each team, not of the Meet Director, to find your workers. All workers should sign in at the office when arriving and leaving to ensure that your team is properly credited. Fines will be levied for no-shows, late arrivals and early departures. But we do not want your money! We need your people to be in place on time in order to run a quality championship for our swimmers. If jobs will be split, please make sure that the departing worker briefs the arriving worker on the requirements of the job. When timing assignments are split, both initial and replacement timers should attend the timers' meeting prior to the session. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Teams attending Thursday night:   Scratch sheets for the Friday Morning preliminary session are due Thursday evening by 6:00PM.  
Teams not attending Thursday evening may download their scratch sheet for Thursday and Friday from this page and fax it to the CSI office (860-657-1167) by NOON THURSDAY July 25th.  Email will also be accepted. The office closes at 12:00 noon on Thursday. No scratches will be taken by phone.  Afternoon session scratches are due during the afternoon warm-up.  Please read Meet Announcement for details and scratch procedures  for other sessions.  If a team's scratch sheet is not turned in, none of the swimmers/events will be scratched.

CORRECTIONS:  Download printable (PDF)  PSYCH SHEETS .  Corrections will be accepted by the entry chair until Tuesday July 23, 6PM.  Corrections will only be taken by email or fax (860-657-1167).  This procedure shall not be used to improve seed time.  Please note:  the records and last year's winners have not been updated.  These will be updated for the meet program.

LATE QUALIFIERS: Any swimmer achieving an initial qualifying time the weekend of July 19-21st. must fax (860-657-1167) or email (no phone) the entry no later than 9PM Monday July 22nd.  This procedure shall not be used to improve seed time.
