Welcome to the pre-application page for the 2006 Short Course Zone Team.
The Eastern Zone All-Star Meet will be held in East Meadow, NY on March 30-April 1, 2006. Interested athletes must apply by February 19, 2006. This pre-application is mandatory for 14/U athletes. Disabled athletes, registered with Connecticut Swimming, are encouraged to apply. Disabled athletes should contact Ken Block with questions.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Read ALL the directions below before applying.
2. Read the Selection Criteria before applying. Note: revised criteria was posted today 01.06.06. The Final Application deadlines were revised.
3. Every on-line field must be completed. Please follow indicated formats for phone numbers, USA ID and birthdays.
4. Before you begin, you must know your USA ID number. The USA Swimming ID number is the 6 digits of your birthday i.e. 070491, followed by the first 3 letters of your legal first name, your middle initial and the first 4 letters of your last name. Susan V. Fast (nickname Suzie) born on July 4, 1991 = 070491SUSVFAST. If your legal first name or last name is less than 4 characters, use an *. If you have no middle name use an *. Apostrophes and hyphens are ignored.
5. If you would like to change your submittal or made an error, please email office@ctswim.org. Do not send another submittal.
6. Confirmation of receipt will be posted on ctswim.org. The confirmation list will be updated on Mondays until the deadline.
All pre-applications for 14/U athletes, including disabled, must be received by February 19, 2006. This deadline is firm and there are no exceptions. The CSI server will time and date stamp each submittal. Submittals must be stamped by 11:59 PM February 19, 2006.
