2000 Long Course Zones will be held in Buffalo, NY on August 9-12th.

Swimmers registered with a  SEASONAL membership ($17.50) cannot swim at zones or any other USA Swimming regional or national meet.  In order to compete at zones a swimmer must have a full membership.  For membership information contact Judy Snow snowdb1@ix.netcom.com
