1999 season.
1.
Preference in awarding meets will be given to teams who submit a list of
their club’s officials at least 1 who is a referee and 1 who is a starter who
have committed to work at that particular meet.
2. With the return of the acceptance form, which is required from all
teams who bid for meets, BOTH the meet manager and the meet referee (who is
responsible for getting the officials for that particular meet ) MUST be listed.
3. All
teams who are regular meet hosts, must list on their bid form the following, in
order for their bid to be considered:
LC 2000 Bid Form - at least 1 certified stroke and turn official
LC 2001 Bid Form - at least 1 certified referee and 1 certified starter
LC 2002 Bid Form - at least 2 certified referees and 2 certified starters
( for any meets that last 2 or
more days )
4. Teams
who new to bidding must have at least 1 stroke and turn official on their club
by the end of
the first year as a meet
host and at least 1 referee and 1 starter on their club by the end of the
second year as a meet host in order that more bids from that team be
considered.
