Maxwell Award
Bryan Lawler (Iowa Swimming) and Walt and Anneliese Eggert (Pacific Swimming) are the latest recipients of the Maxwell Award. USA Swimming Rule Changes

The Rules & Regulations Committee has issued new wording for our rule book to implement the recent FINA changes in the backstroke and breaststroke.  To see the new wording as well as the official interpretation, click here.  Also, we have updates to the page containing all Rules and Regulations Committee interpretations to include these changes.  Click here to go to the interpretations page. 

2005-2006 NCAA Rule Book Available On-Line

The new NCAA rule book, including the changes the NCAA approved based on the 2005 FINA rule changes, has been posted to their web site.  Click here for to go to the rules page on the NCAA web site.    

Reaching Out

While attending the USA-S convention in Greensboro, NC last month, a few of our past and current athlete members of the Board of Directors connected with some local swimmers at their pool.  Click here to read more about how we are continuing to promote the sport and expand our outreach efforts. 

Life Memberships

Each year at the USA Swimming convention, those members who have received life memberships are recognized by having their names and LSC's announced and are also presented with a plaque denoting their special status as a life member.  To see the list of this year's recipients, click here.
