You must confirm if you plan to attend!

From South: Take I-95 South to exit 10, take a left onto Noroton Avenue. Make a right turn onto Route 1, Post Road. Follow the Post Road; Darien YMCA will be on your left.

From North: Take I-95 North to exit 9, take a left onto Seaside Avenue. At traffic light, turn right onto Route 1, Post Road. Follow the Post Road; Darien YMCA will be on your right.

Mini-Rulebooks ($2.50) will be available at the clinic.  Copies of test material will be available for $2.50 or you may download the tests from USA Swimming.  Click here.
