Minutes
Pursuant to our conference call, the following represents the minutes of the
Finance Committee meeting held via conference call on June, 2009:
-
the
finance committee moved to authorize Bonnie Strittmatter to
liquidate all existing investment accounts immediately or as soon as
feasible, and reallocate all funds from existing accounts to appropriate
FDIC insured bank accounts;
-
the
finance committee moved to seek a resolution at the June meeting of the
full BOD to render null and void and to discard the existing investment
policy;
-
the
finance committee moved to seek a resolution at the June meeting of the
full BOD to authorize the finance committee to develop a new, simplified
policy that focuses on cash management, rather than complex investment
strategies, which policy will then be presented to the full BOD for
approval at a later date;
-
these
items will be added to the June BOD agenda for further discussion.
