Note about downloading "EVENTS" and "*.hyv" files in meet announcements: Club entry chairs should open the desired meet announcement. "EVENTS" and "*.hyv" will are live hyperlinks and will take you to the list of events or the event file. The list of events is also published in the last pages of the meet announcement in PDF.
Revised session report and *.hyv file have been posted for BRS Qualifier (Oct 24-25). The 3rd and 4th sessions were corrected.

The Agenda is posted for the House of Delegates meeting, October 3, 2009, 1:00 pm at the Graduate Club in New Haven. All clubs should send a delegate.
Clubs should review their delegates for the House of Delegates meeting and submit updates to office@ctswim.org. Please remember that each club may submit the names of 3 delegates. All delegates must be 2009 or 2010 members of USA Swimming.

USA Swimming National Top 10 PREVIEW list is posted for correction purposes. The preview list goes 20 deep and are combined girls and boys by course. The timeline for completing the 2008-09 Top 10 List:
o October 1 - final preview list posted on USA-S web site
o October 21 - last opportunity for feedback and corrections
o November 1 - final list is published

Survey from Manuel Banks, USA Swimming Director of Consumer Marketing: New athletes and their parents are invited to complete the 2009 USA Swimming New Member Survey. USA Swimming is asking all athletes that joined USA Swimming during the 2009 calendar year to fill out the online survey. Please take a moment and send this link to your new members and their parents. This survey will take less than five minutes to complete. The results will be used by USA Swimming to improve new member services and benefits. Please use the 09-10 meet template (not last year's-- it has changed). All meet host information is posted on the Policies and Procedures page.
Coaches and clubs will now transfer or release an athlete using the Athlete Transfer/Release online submittal form. CSI's Athlete Transfer Policy.
Clubs with athletes transferring from another CSI club are encouraged to use the FAST Swimmer History Export Connecticut FAST Enhancements: Swimmer History Export and Club Backup Archive.

Connecticut Top 16 Times PREVIEW: Coaches, clubs and athletes should review the Connecticut Swimming Top 16 preview list for the 2008-2009 season. This includes times from USA Swimming sanctioned, approved or observed meets beginning September 1, 2008 and ending August 31, 2009. Top 16 age groups are 10/U, 11/12,13/14, 15/16, 17/18 and Senior. Please forward corrections to office@ctswim.org immediately. The deadline for corrections is September 8, 2009.
CSI Award Banquet invitations will be based on short course and long course Connecticut Top16 times, Open Water Mile Championship Top 16 place-finishers and Scholar Athlete recipients. Scholar Athletes recipients are not available at this time. Banquet invitations will be sent via postcard the week of September 14th. Please forward any address changes to office@ctswim.org. The banquet will be held Sunday November 1, 2009 at the Aqua Turf, Plantsville, CT.
