National Age Group Record

Christian Higgins and KC Moss named to
USA Swimming National Youth Team

NCY's Christian Higgin's, first-place finish in the 100M breaststroke at USA Swimming Junior Nationals (August 10-14) broke the National Age Group record for 15-16 year old boys. The previous record, set in1998,  was held by Olympian Brendan Hansen. Christian swam a 1:02.29 breaking Hansen's record by .40. This swim and his 200M breaststroke have earned Christian a spot on the USA Swimming National Youth Team and the National Youth World Cup Team.

Joining Higgins on the National Youth Team and the National Youth World Cup Team, is KC Moss of WYW. KC's 100M and 200M breaststroke times (1:10.76 and 2:29.32) qualified KC for the Youth National Team.
