Each year the coaches of Connecticut Swimming elect a coach representative to serve a two-year term on the Connecticut Swimming Board of Directors. This position is shared with a fellow coach who was elected the previous year. The first year of the term involves attending meetings, learning about the operations and people that make up the CSI Board of Directors and working with the senior coach representative. The Jr. Coach then becomes the Senior Coach Representative during the second year of his/her term.
