From the Meet Director:
I just wanted to send a note of THANKS to all who made this Short Course Age Group Championship a smooth running meet. We had more than 1,100 swimmers entered in the meet and, as you know, lots of fast swimming.
As usual, the list of people who graciously assisted is enormous. Suffice it to say that the willingness of so many individuals stepping up in so many ways, however major or minor, is truly astounding and heartening. If CSI is to be measured by its volunteers, we are certainly a very healthy organization.
There are a few individuals that gave significant effort, such as our meet referee, Monica Prangley, our admin referee, Carol Feeney, and meet entry chair, Nan Cooper, to name a few. Once again, many, many teams stepped up and did their work assignments willingly and without hounding such that we simply cannot name them all. No assignment, however large or small, is without great benefit to the athletes and the smooth running of the meet.
So THANKS to all!!!
