Long Course Zone Team
The Eastern Zone Age Group All-Star Meet will be held August 6-9, 2003 in Pittsburgh, PA. The 11/O athletes only will be traveling as a team and the 10/U athletes will be traveling with their parents. A block of rooms have been reserved for the 10/U families at the team hotel. To reserve a room please email Bonnie Fisher by July 12, 2003. Only 10/U parents may lodge at the team hotel. 11/O parents may make their own reservations. Hotel List
PRE-APPLICATION
Pre-applications for the zone team are due July 8th. All 14/U swimmers must pre-apply. Swimmers are encouraged to pre-apply even if they do not currently hold qualifying times. Many athletes achieve these times at CSI championship meets. All forms in the pre-application packet must be completed and returned to Bonnie Fisher. These include the:
1) application
2) medical authorization
3) rules of conduct
FINAL APPLICATION
Final applications will be taken at the State Championship meet July 24-27, 2003. All final applications (including 15-18) must be received by SUNDAY 6:00PM. The final application will include best times form, Metro apparel fitting and payment. 14/U swimmers must have pre-applied. These forms will be available on the web and at the State Championship meet.
REGISTRATION
Athletes must hold 2003 USA Swimming full membership. USA Swimming does not allow seasonal members to compete at the zone meets.
