US Open
Fourteen of Connecticut's fastest athletes competed in the US Open this past November 29- December 1st. The Open was held at the Nassau County Aquatic Center in East Meadow, NY. This meet is sponsored by USA Swimming and is held annually in a SCM venue.
Kelly Harrigan (CAT), qualified for the
Championship Final in the 200 Freestyle, B Final heat in the 200
Backstroke and the C Final heat in the 400 Freestyle. Ben Michaelson
(SCSU) finaled in the 100 Butterfly and 200 Butterfly, Championship and C
final heats respectively.
