Annual Officials Clinic
The Annual Officials Clinic was held October 16, 2004 at Central Connecticut State University and featured guest Pat Lunsford, USA Swimming National Referee, and one of two starters at the 2004 Olympics and Paralympics in Athens. Amazingly, Pat officiates 150-175 swimming sessions per year from the Olympics to summer recreation leagues.
52 officials attended the clinic, including some NE Swimming officials and George Ford, Connecticut High School Officials Chairman. The meeting included classroom work, videos and a starters clinic in the afternoon.
